Gluten-Free Salted Caramel Brownies

brownies2

First of all, I’m excited to announce the most delicious brownie recipe on the planet: Gluten-Free Salted Caramel Sugar Cube Brownies, adapted from the Sugar Cube food cart here in Portland. This is the first recipe featured on my collaboration with EYES + EDGE, so you can find the recipe and read all about it over there. I’d highly recommend making them ASAP. No joke.

Second of all, there’s a little featured interview on their site as well. I’m so excited to be a part of the EYES + EDGE team!

Salted caramel is one of my favorite flavors right now, and combine that with brownies… heavenly. I can’t wait to try out this recipe!
Great interview!I think if I had one ingredient to bake with for the rest of my life, it would definitely be peanut butter too. Maybe caramel.. maybe.

Have you tried the salted caramel from TJ’s? That’s what I used on these, it’s great and affordable. You’ll definitely love these.

And thank you! I’m glad you agree with peanut butter. Peanut butter and caramel is a great combination. :)
